Meet Violet

Hello, I’m Violet—the woman behind Veil and Violet. Away from my spiritual work, I’m a wife, mother, daughter, sister and auntie. Family, compassion and caring for others are woven into who I am, both personally and professionally.

Born into the craft

I don’t describe myself as someone who simply decided to become a witch. Witchcraft and spiritual sensitivity are part of my family lineage, and they have always been part of me. Some of my earliest experiences with spirit happened when I was very young, including encounters around the ages of two and four. As I grew older, I spent many years understanding, developing and learning to trust my psychic ability.

Eighteen years of experience

I have worked professionally as a psychic for around eighteen years, supporting people through love, loss, uncertainty, change and the moments when life simply feels too heavy to navigate alone. My work has reached clients from many different backgrounds and places, including through well-known psychic platforms. That experience has strengthened my intuition, but just as importantly, it has taught me how deeply people need to feel heard, respected and understood.

My training and healing work

Alongside my natural psychic ability, I have trained in CBT, hypnotherapy and Reiki. I am a Reiki healer, Master and Teacher, and healing comes naturally to me. I work across readings, energy healing, spiritual support and spell work, bringing together intuition, learned therapeutic approaches and many years of real experience. Every service offered through Veil and Violet is completed personally by me, with care, honesty, privacy and genuine intention.

My beliefs

I have always believed in free will. A reading should never take your choices away or make you feel powerless. It can show patterns, possibilities and energies surrounding a situation, but you remain the author of your own life and you can always make your own decisions.

I also don’t believe spiritual gifts belong to one specially chosen person. I believe we all carry intuition and the ability to connect in different ways. For some people it is loud, while for others it is quiet or undeveloped, but it is not something that makes one person more important than another. My role is not to tell you that I hold all the answers. It is to help you see more clearly, reconnect with your own knowing and feel supported as you choose the path that is right for you.

Why I created Veil and Violet

Veil and Violet is a reflection of everything I have learned and lived: the mystical and the human, intuition and free will, shadow and healing. Whether you come to me for guidance, comfort, clarity or spiritual work, you will be met without pressure or judgement. I am here to walk beside you, help you understand the energy around you and remind you that your own strength has been there all along.
