How will I receive my reading?

Email readings are written personally by Melissa and sent to the email address you provide when ordering. Phone readings take place at your booked appointment.

When will my reading arrive?

Email readings are usually sent the same day when ordered before 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and closures. During sales or busy periods, please allow up to 5 working days.

Where do I send my details?

Add the requested information on the product page. If you need to send photos or further details after booking, email Orders@VeilandViolet.com or message on WhatsApp.

What if I’m unsure which service to choose?
